Treatment Options

Dr. Oldham is up to date with all the newest orthodontic treatments. He will pick the option that is right for you, and that means you can rest easy knowing you have the fastest and most comfortable treatment possible. Here are a few of your options.

Standard Braces

These braces are the most common type of braces used. Over the years, they have become more comfortable, more effective, and less visible. We use braces made from high-grade stainless steel and give you the option to use special brackets and colored elastics to express your personality.

Invisalign uses a series of aligners that have been generated by 3-D computer technology to gradually move teeth. Since the aligners are removable you may brush, floss and eat as you normally would while in treatment. Dr. Oldham is a top provider of this type of appliance making this system available for complex cases and to all ages at our office.

Clear Braces

Clear braces are similar to metal braces, but they use ceramic brackets. The ceramic is tooth colored, making it less visible. This is a great option for someone who wants a more esthetic and discreet way to straighten their teeth.

In-house HD Aligners

Since these aligners are made in-house on our state of the art 3D printer, we have quality control of the entire process from start to finish. This allows for a faster turnaround time for starting treatment with our HD aligners. This treatment option is excellent for mild crowding cases and relapse cases. Ask if you would be a good candidate. See your smile in HD!

Lingual Braces

Lingual braces are attached to the back of teeth, which means this is a great solution if you want to conceal your braces! Why doesn’t everyone get lingual braces then? The drawback is that they are harder to clean, can be difficult to speak with, and they may not be appropriate for drastic orthodontic adjustments.
